your Purchase Form to +1-408-862-7602. Please ensure the cardholder
name, billing address, and phone numbers on file for your credit card
match the information on your order. If you are unable to resolve the
issue with your financial institution, or by using a different card,
you can cancel your order by emailing devpayment@apple.com.
If these options should prove unsuccessful for you and we cannot obtain
payment for your order, within one week from the date of this email,

Ale zarejestrowali Cie jako nazwa firmy + imie i nazwisko? Czy kombinowales z sama nazwa firmy?
