Mac - poważny problem - "Sleep wake failure"

Dzień dobry.

 

Mój komputer to iMac Mac (27-inch, Late 2012) i byłem z niego bardzo zadowolony aż do niedawna.

 

Po zmianie systemu, nie pamiętam którego (na tapecie było takie spore urwisko - chyba El Capitan) na najnowszy system SIerra (Wersja 10.13.2 (17C88)) pojawiły się problemy.

Komputer sam się resetuje w momencie, kiedy go usypiam. Jest to dla mnie dość problematyczne.

Do tego zauważyłem, że po włączeniu bardzo długo "ożywa", mija z 10 minut, aż nabierze sprawności. Nie działa chociażby wyszukiarka w Mail itd. Dysk twardy cały czas "brzęczy"

przez kilka minut, do tego stopnia, że brat mi zasugerował, że może komputer służy za koparkę BitCoin'a ;)

 

Z kwestii technicznych, mam 50% dysku twartego wolne (500GB z 1TB). 24GB pamięci podręcznej.

 

W załączniku screen problemu, będę wdzięczny za jakąkolwiek pomoc.

Wysyłam raporty za każdym razem do Apple, ale wątpie, aby się tym przejęli.

Na necie znalazłem rozwiązanie z oszczędzaniem energii i pooznaczaniem tam niektórych pozycji (jak np: "budź przy dostępie przez sieć") ale nie pomogło.

 

Problem wystąpił od razu po zmianie systemu, dlatego w głowie od razu uruchomiło się foliarstwo, jakoby Apple osłabiało starszy sprzęt na potrzeby wymuszenia zakupu nowego -,-

Te raporty co wysyłasz do Apple nie mają na celu ich reakcje w Twoim przypadku. Zbierają dane statystyczne na temat błędów by wiedzieć jakie występują i w jakiej ilości dzięki czemu mogą określić priorytet naprawiania różnych błędów.

 

Zacznijmy od wklejenia raportu z etrecheck. Może uda nam się coś więcej powiedzieć poza "zepsuło się, zrób format i reinstall" albo "chyba dysk Ci się psuje, odwiedź serwis"

Możesz rzucić okiem na DriveDX, te dźwięki z dysku mogą o czymś świadczyć.

Zajrzyj też do konsoli i sprawdź crash logi, może coś Ci wpadnie w oko.

 

Jakie masz urządzenia podpięte pod komputer gdy jest uśpiony? Próbowałeś wyeliminować jakiś hub USB czy dysk albo drukarkę, etc?

Dziękuję za pomoc.

Problem cały czas występuję, nigdy nie robiłem żadnej diagnozy itd.

Zaznaczę, że wszelkie problemu (także z "buczącymi" dyskami przez kilkadziesiąt minut po resecie) pojawiły się od razu po aktualizacji systemu do Sierry.

Uda się to jakoś korzystnie rozszyfrować?

Jeżeli chodzi o urządzenia podpięte do kompa, to są to tylko dwie drukarki i nic więcej. Podpięte od zawsze, nigdy nie było problemów. I dwa telefony przez bluetooth ale sytuacja taka sama jak z drukarkami.

Zakładam, że umiesz dodawać dwa do dwóch i obsługiwać swój komputer. Jeśli zadaje pytania to nie po to by uzyskać odpowiedzi, ale aby wskazać Ci nad czym się należy zastanowić. Wszystko co poniżej to propozycje. Zrobisz jak będziesz uważać za stosowne.

 

Zobacz jak się będzie sprzęt zachowywać z odłączoną drukareczką Zebra i Canon.

 

etc hosts napuchnięty - musi mieć tyle wpisów?

TCP Block używasz. Może spróbuj od odinstalowania piratów jeśli masz i używasz tego do blokowania? Może ten TCP Block się gryzie, bo to jest kext z tego co widzę. Rozwijane to jest i kompatybilne z High Sierra? Może jest jakaś nowsza wersja? Zajrzyj na stronę producenta i sprawdź.

 

Masz modem Huawei? Na iMac? Nie będę wnikać, może usuń te jego kexty i tego loadera StartOuc i HWNetMgr?

 

Możesz się zastanowić czy FUSE jest Ci do czegokolwiek potrzebne. Jest to ciągle rozwijane w ogóle?

 

Tak na marginesie zupełnie - co Ty tam masz w tym Firefoxie że jest u Ciebie programem który statystycznie zużywa połowę mocy komputera (a konkretnie jego pluginy)?

 

Co do dysku, biorąc pod uwagę wiek komputera, jest OK.

Dziękuję za odpowiedź @imrik

 

Zacznę od końca, Firefox - nie mam pojęcia. Używam go i sam widzę, że mocno mi obciąża kompa. Jedyne zainstalowane wtyczki to "AdBlock" i "Eliminator Slajdów". Podobno ten adblock jest śmiercią dla pamięci.

 

Co do reszty, szczerze, to są dla mnie hieroglify :)

Modem Huawei miałem kilka lat temu, gdy nie było w mojej okolicy dostawcy netu - korzystałem z "modem 3G" czy jakoś tak się to nazywało. Stare dzieje z limitem netu do 12GB/msc.

etc hosts -nie mam pojęcia

TCP mam jakiś program piracki, więc to pewnie jakieś coś z "patcha" czy czegoś, co wskazywała instrukcja instalacji.

 

Szukam w wyszukiwarce systemowej np tego huawei, aby odinstalować i nic nie znajduje.

Analogicznie z tym Fuse.

 

Chyba najprościej będzie zrobić format c: ? :)

Tutaj jeszcze cały raport z dzisiejszego resetu. Komputer upiony około 21, zresetował się jakoś koło 3 w nocy. Co ciekawe - zagrane były 2x te melodyjki początkowe przy uruchamianiu (jedna po drugiej od razu).

Co do reszty, szczerze, to są dla mnie hieroglify :)

Korzystać z komputera a obsługiwać go to jest różnica. Warto troszkę czasu poświęcić na zrozumienie jak działa maszyna. Gdy uczysz się prowadzić to też musisz nauczyć się co nieco o pracy silnika czy sprzęgła, nauczyć się sprawdzać stan oleju i jak zmieniać koło zapasowe. Jak czegoś nie wiesz to google bo na forum nikt do domu Ci nie przyjedzie i za Ciebie nie zrobi.

 

 

Modem Huawei miałem kilka lat temu, gdy nie było w mojej okolicy dostawcy netu - korzystałem z "modem 3G" czy jakoś tak się to nazywało. Stare dzieje z limitem netu do 12GB/msc.

 

Szukam w wyszukiwarce systemowej np tego huawei, aby odinstalować i nic nie znajduje.

 

To odinstaluj pozostałości bo prędzej czy później mogą narobić bubu. Producenci takich modemów nie wspierają ich praktycznie wcale po tym jak wypuszczą je na rynek, a to co trzeba zainstalować aby działały wgryza się w system dość głęboko. Z czasem system operacyjny idzie do przodu bo ma aktualizacje a sterownik od modemu zostaje w tyle - kwestią czasu jest kiedy to się zacznie gryźć.

Etrecheck dosyć dokładnie napisał co jest gdzie i wskazał, że startupitems nie jest już właściwym sposobem do ładowania takich rzeczy, to znaczy że sterowniki są przynajmniej 3-4 lata za dużymi zmianami w MacOS.

A jak nie wiesz jak wywalić HWPortCfg.plist to wystarczy wpisać to w google i wychodzi coś takiego. https://www.blacktub...-driver-on-mac/ i wychodzi na to, że jeszcze standardowe startup agenty są do wywalenia.

Prawdopodobnie są kexty jeszcze w /System/Library/Extensions/

Powinny mieć w nazwie Huawei, więc się połapiesz.

 

etc hosts -nie mam pojęcia

TCP mam jakiś program piracki, więc to pewnie jakieś coś z "patcha" czy czegoś, co wskazywała instrukcja instalacji.

/etc/hosts masz 95 wpisów pewnie od tego pirata co instalowałeś z instrukcją. Jeśli tak to po co ten TCP blocker? Albo jedno albo drugie.

Prawienie morałów sobie odpuszczę, ale z piratami jest jedna rzecz o której często się nie myśli - jest to zmodyfikowane oprogramowanie, które sam, samodzielnie instalujesz na własnym komputerze i robisz wszystko aby przypadkiem się nie zaktualizowało i działało tak jak po zaaplikowaniu patcha - jaką masz pewność, że autor patcha nie dorzucił tam czegoś swojego jako bonus? Sam nadajesz prawa admina przy instalacji i patchowaniu... Jeśli korzystasz to kup, jeśli nie potrzebujesz to odinstaluj, jeśli Cię nie stać to poszukaj alternatywy.

 

Możesz zobaczyć co masz w tym hosts wpisane po wpisaniu w terminal:

nano /etc/hosts

Ja widzę, że ten TCP Block ostatni raz był w marcu 2014 aktualizowany, a w Twoim przypadku kext nie jest nawet załadowany i brakuje jakiś plików wykonywalnych, więc chyba coś nie działa ten firewall. Tak przynajmniej wynika z raportu Etrecheck.

Możesz użyć tego do odinstalowania, powinno wylistować wszystko - http://freemacsoft.net/appcleaner/

Upewnij się, że poszukało w /System/Library/Extensions

 

 

Analogicznie z tym Fuse.

Fuse stosowało się, między innymi, by mac czytał dyski NTFS za pomocą NTFS-3G. Chodziło o to by podmienić wbudowany w system operacyjny mechanizm obsługi dysków NTFS na taki open source który potrafi obsługiwać te dyski. Od jakiegoś czasu te rzeczy są chronionę za pomocą system integrity protection i bez podejmowania dodatkowych kroków znacząco obniżających bezpieczeństwo całego komputera takie rzeczy już nie działają.

 

Jako, że Fuse samo w sobie oferuje tylko mechanizm dla systemów montowania to nie wiem do czego i jak to wykorzystujesz - może obsługujesz zasoby WebDAV jako montowalne dyski twarde, może używałeś tego do obsługi dysków NTFS, a może zainstalowało Ci się ze starym Parallels Desktop którego już nie masz, a może masz na to jeszcze inne zastosowanie - nie wiem i dla tego pytałem czy tego potrzebujesz i czy to jest ciągle rozwijane i czy się z tym "niańczysz" tak jak z każdym takim "hakiem" nańczyć się powinno.

 

 

Chyba najprościej będzie zrobić format c: ? :)

Próbowałeś odłączyć te drukarki na czas uśpienia?

Uruchom narzędzie dyskowe i wykonaj pierwszą pomoc i sprawdź czy nie ma błędów na dysku.

Spróbuj może wykonać jeszcze reset PRAM i SMC?

Spróbuj po resecie PRAM i SMC wykonać Safe Boot https://support.appl.../pl-pl/HT201262

Pobierz może Onyx i odpal zakładkę "Automation" z zaznaczonymi wszystkimi opcjami? https://www.titanium.../en/onyx.html 

 

Tutaj jeszcze cały raport z dzisiejszego resetu. Komputer upiony około 21, zresetował się jakoś koło 3 w nocy. Co ciekawe - zagrane były 2x te melodyjki początkowe przy uruchamianiu (jedna po drugiej od razu).

Z tego loga co podesłałeś niewiele wynika, klasyczny sleep wake fail faktycznie, a nie żaden kernel panic czy crash. Jeśli tak jest to reset PRAM/SMC, czyszczenie systemowych cache przy safeboot i odłączenie urządzeń USB powinno pomóc. Możesz jeszcze dla hecy wyłączać WiFi na czas uśpienia komputera, tak tylko żeby zobaczyć - przy okazji w ustawieniach zarządzenia energią wyłączyć budzenie przy dostępie przez sieć, ale reset SMC będzie zerować te opcje tak czy siak.
