Z IMEI raczej nie, ale z numeru seryjnego i owszem 
3. cyfra to rok (200x), a 4. i 5. to tydzień produkcji. Pewny nie jestem, bazuję na *Official* iPhone Serial Number Decrypter - Hackint0sh .
