Safari - okienko "Czy na pewno chcesz opuścić tę strone?"

Witam wszystkich!


     Mam problem od wczoraj na MacBook Air 2015r. Przy próbie logowania do facebook'a wyświetla mi się okienko z pytaniem takim jak w tytule "Czy na pewno chcesz opuścić tę stronę?" do wybrania są pozostań na tej stronie bądź, opuść stronę. Przeglądarka Safari. Dodam, iż na chrome tego nie ma. Czy ktoś z Was wie od czego to? jak można to zlikwidować? Już sie powoli boje, że to wirus jakiś. Lecz nie mam pojecie skąd mógł się wsiąść. Był tutaj już taki temat dodany wczoraj, lecz został usunięty. Czyli nie tylko ja tak mam. Pomocy  ;)

Jestem nowym użytkownikiem, poprawcie mnie jeśli założyłem temat nie w tym dziale.

Mam podobny problem - tylko na fb, z którego prawie nie korzystam, i tylko na Safari. Pomocy :-)

Nie pomogło: skanowanie programami Avast, Bitdefender, Sweepr, Dr. Antivirus, Adware Cleaner, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware; EntreCheck nic nie raportuje; deinstalacja Safari i zainstalowanie systemu od nowa też nic nie dają; dezinstalacja Java również nie. Gdy wyłączy się w Safari obsługę Java, napis nie pojawia się - ale fb nie działa :D Problem nie dotyczy fb, tylko komputera, ale jak go usunąć?

A na nowym koncie to samo? Nie masz jakiś dodatków w Safari? Wklej raport etrecheck

Gdy do facebooka wchodzi się spod messenger.com - problemu nie ma. Ale jak się wchodzi normalnie, wpisując adres w przeglądce czy link klikając - jest. Przy logowaniu jako Gość - to samo; tylko na facebook.com i tylko na Safari. Dodatków nie mam - te dwa, co są, to teraz doinstalowane. A może to... avast? :-) Syysiek - jakie masz antywirusy?

bitdefender i  avast -wywal zgodnie z zaleceniami producentów

familytreebuilder - sam to instalowałeś?

Bitdefendera zainstalowałem po tym, jak problem się pojawił. To nie jego wina zatem.

Avast, Flip4Mac, DirectorShockwace - odinstalowane. Bez zmian.

Familytreebuilder - stary program do drzew, dawno nie otwierany, to nie to :-(

 

Problemy się zaczęły chyba po ostatniej aktualizacji Java, ale downgrade Java nic nie pomógł.

Co to może być? :/

Ja nie mam żadnego antywirusa na Macu ;) Jedynie CleanMyMac. To się zaczęło robić po jakieś aktualizacji która mi się zobiła ;/

Trzeba ściągnąć https://etrecheck.com, uruchomić zaznaczając bez specjalnego powodu, przeanalizuje komputer, po czym pojawi się seria ikon z lewej strony - ostatnia na dole to raport. I ten raport trzeba tu wkleić :-) - może coś wyjdzie :/

Skontaktowałem się z Apple. Konsultant powiedział, że: 1) komunikat wysyła strona facebook.com, więc nie jest to wirus 2) komunikat u użytkownika, który wcześniej dzwonił z tym problemem, zniknął, gdy wykasował możliwość logowania się zdjęciem, możliwość, która wystarczy, że się wyświetlała na stronie - nie trzeba z niej korzystać wcale. Usunąłem zatem w fb taką możliwość, ale niestety, po zresetowaniu etc. problem dalej się pojawia. Dzwonię dalej...

Twarda reinstalacja systemu nic nie dała. Apple twierdzi, że to kwestia ustawień strony facebook.com. Radzą kontaktować się z fb :/ Słabo to widzę...

Wersję Apple potwierdza też firma bitdefender - twierdzą, że mają coś takiego u siebie, ale nie widzą żadnego powodu to interwencji.
