Polish signs- Open System preferences - International - Launguage tab ->search Polski and set it on first place, in Input menu use Polish PRo keyboard layout.

For, so called, "Polonizator" you will have to go to Polish Apple reseller - SAD and ask for it.
Unfortunatelly you may not succeed, because you haven't bought that iMac in Poland (I gues).
Than came back here, ask for it again and wait for someone who doasn't need one, to help you
Someone will (or not) sent a DVD to you via post.
But! There's trick with it. Polonizator blocks Software Update and when new revision of OS X becomes available, you're not able to get it that way. You have to wait for SAD to translate this revision, burn it on DVD and have it sent to you via post. It sucs, but we have 10.4.9 and there's great chance we won't see another revision till 10.5.
Take care.

You can get it from SAD anyway. Even if you bought computer in US.
