Do drukowania wystarczy sterownik wbudowany w OSX. Do skanowania można też użyć shareware=owego programu Vuescan.

Niemniej ja wolę do skanowania użyć HP Scan i wybrać każdorazowo parametry, zrobić prescan itd.

Pozdrawiam.

bhdmeter, a jaki masz sprzęt i wersję OS X ? Printing cannot be performed in OS X 10.2, 10.2.1 and 10.2.2 due to compatibility reasons. For printing support, please upgrade your Operating System to OS X 10.2.3 or higher." A w ogóle, to na stronie supportu HP PSC 1315 jest napisane: "Scanning The HP CD and web download were created before Mac OS X v10.5 development and release so there may be problems with the install process. Please refer to instructions in step one above and refer back to this web site for new updated Mac OS X v10.5 Leopard compatible software. NOTE: Check this website for the upcoming full featured OS X v10.5 HP software suite, including HP Photosmart Studio and HP Photosmart Pro print plug-in for Adobe Photoshop (supported products only)."

Ponieważ pomoc nie przyszła z forum a ja nadal kontynuowałem poszukiwania SUKCES przyszedł nieuchronnie :D Dla potomności jeśliby ktoś miał jakiś podobny problem:
naleźy wejść na stronę Linux Foundation
Tam pobrać wszystkie trzy pliki na szarym tle (gplgs, Foomatic-RIP, hpijs) i zainstalować w takiej kolejności.
Następnie standardowo wejść w Prefernecje Systemu/Drukarki i Faxy
