Retina 13 Late 2013 - zamrażanie się systemu

Mam problem z moim macbookie'm retina 13 z końca 2013 roku, występuje on już dość długo, ale jakoś nie miałem czasu zagłębić się w ten problem, ale zaczęło mnie to konkretnie wkurzać. 

 

Problemem jest to, że Mac często mi się zawiesza, tak że zostaje mi przytrzymanie przycisku włączania aż się wyłączy. Czasem potrafi się tak zawiesić 3 razy w ciągu dnia, czasem mam spokój przez jakieś 2 dni, ale to zawieszanie cały czas mi doskwiera. Wkurzam się, bo Mac OS raczej uchodzi za sytem którego można nie wyłączać przez kilka miesięcy. Najczęściej podczas zawieszenia robi się czarny ekran, czasem obraz zostaje ale nic nie mogę zrobić. Jak słucham muzyki, to podczas zawieszenia zapętla się dźwięk. Instalowałem system przez odzyskiwanie systemu, ale bez czyszczenia dysku całego, tylko przeinstalowany system. Niestety nie pomogło...

 

Kolejnym problemem jest to, że czasem po wybudzeniu kolory na ekranie są straszne jasne, obraz jest tak jakby wyprany z kolorów, jak bym miał cały czas największe podświetlenie, ale nie jest to kwestia podświetlenia, bo normalnie mogę je zmieniać. Także jest to kwestia kolorów wyświetlacza. Po chwili zazwyczaj ustępuje. 

 

Dodatkowo 2 razy zdarzyło mi się, że uśpiony mac strasznie zaczął się grzać. Miałem go w pokrowcu w plecaku i usłyszałem szum wentylatorów, jak go wyjąłem to bym strasznie gorący i wentylatory pracowały na najwyższych obrotach. Też trochę nieciekawa sprawa, bo raczej taka wysoka temperatura nie wpływa korzystnie na niego i może być to nawet niebezpieczne. 

 

Ktoś miał może podobne objawy i wie jak rozwiązać te problemy?

Kiedyś tak mi się zawieszał, zainstalowałem system na nowo i miałem spokój na miesiąc.

 

W razie czego mam jeszcze Apple Care ważne do końca września, ale wolałbym nie oddawać komputera na gwarancję, bo pewnie trochę to potrwa, a nie wiadomo czy coś znajdą, bo nie ma żadnej zależności kiedy to występuje.

 

Mam nadzieję, że ktoś będzie w stanie mi jakoś pomóc :)

Nie sprawdzałem logów w konsoli, ale chyba już podejrzewam czym są powodowane zacięcia. Wydaje mi się, że winowajcą jest Safari. Dzisiaj zawiesił mi się chyba z 10 razy, przed chwilą zawieszał się praktycznie od razu po restarcie (safari było przywrócone). Wyłączyłem safari i korzystam teraz z chrome i na razie jest spokój. 

 

Edit: 

Jednak przy używaniu Chrome też się zawiesza...

Ciężko będzie odejść od Safari, zwłaszcza że na iPhone też z niego korzystam. Także chyba postawię system zupełnie na świeżo i zobaczę czy będzie ok. Chyba że da się coś z tym zrobić.

Zainstalowałem na nowo system, wyczyściłem cały dysk. Zainstalowało się wszystko, nie przywracałem żadnej kopii zapasowej. Zacząłem ustawiać wszystko pod siebie i co? Zawiecha. Zrestartowałem i po chwili znowu. Także chyba zostaje mi serwis... 

 

Apple Diagnostics nic nie wykazuje.

I EtreCheck na świeżym systemie można prosić tak pobocznie?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I na razie do „soft” przeniosę, póki nie upewnimy się, że to nie on.


Po pierwsze: na priv mogę zbereźne żarty poopowiadać, pomagam na forum.

Po drugie: brak mojej odpowiedzi na łamaną polszczyznę to wybór purysty. Z tym się nie walczy.
Po trzecie: postawy roszczeniowe zostawiamy dla BOK.
Zmian traffic lights nie przewiduję…

Jeśli chodzi o logi to co dokładnie mam wstawić? Wchodzę w konsolę i system.log? Tylko jak tam wypatrzyć od kiedy te logi wstawić, żeby było widać ewentualne błędy.

Zrobiłem jeszcze reset PRAM i SMC po tej czystej instalacji i przez ostanie pół godziny się nie zawiesił, także będę obserwował.

Zainstalować system na dysk zewnętrzny. Wewnętrzny odłączyć. To chyba wszystko co możesz sam zrobić w takiej sytuacji.

Sprawdziłem system.log zaraz po ponownym uruchomieniu po zawieszeniu i w tej minucie w której się zawiesił nie ma żadnych logów. 

Zawiesił się o 22.55, mam logi już po restarcie, a przed tym są dopiero zapisy z 22.47.

Sciagnij aplikacje DriveDX i zobacz czy nie pokaże błędów na SSD. Możesz kupić też TechTool do sprawdzenia komputera.

DriveDX nic nie znalazł. Spróbuję jeszcze zainstalować El Capitan, żeby zobaczyć czy to nie wina systemu. 


No nic... Nie obejdzie się bez serwisu. Zainstalowałem el capitan i zawiesił się 2 razy podczas konfiguracji.

W przyszłym tygodniu zostawię go w cortlandzie, mam nadzieję że dość sprawnie się uwiną z naprawą. Warto nagrać jakiś film z problemem i dołączyć? Trochę będę musiał poczatować przy nim, no ale może warto. Maca jeszcze nigdy nie oddawałem do serwisu.

Odświeżam temat, bo oddałem maca do serwisu i dostałem informację, że nie znaleziono usterki. Co mogę zrobić w takim przypadku? Gwarancja kończy mi się we wrześniu. Jak go odbiore to jeszcze zobaczę jak się zachowuje i w razie czego uderzę chyba prosto do supportu Apple, chyba najlepiej do tego w USA.

Ale może ktoś miał podobną sytuację. Jak wyślę jeszcze raz to pewnie znowu mi napiszą że nic nie znaleźli, a nie wymyśliłem sobie tego że się wyłacza...

@maciek1422 to pozostaje Ci zrobić diagnostykę - po mojemu.

 

Pobierz z internetu którąś aktualną dystrybucję linuksa (Mint, Ubuntu, Fedora) utwórz sobie pendrive'a i uruchom komputer z niego wybierając wersję Live (czyli nie wymagającą instalacji). Poużywaj komputera w taki sposób przez jakiś czas i oceń czy problem występuje czy nie. Jeżeli nie wystąpi to masz coś namieszane w oprogramowaniu. 

 

Pamiętaj że macOS to nie jakieś cudo, jeżeli doinstalowujesz coś co nie jest z nim zgodne będziesz miał podobne problemy jak z Windowsem czy Linuksem. 

 

W systemie masz coś takiego jak monitor aktywności, sprawdzaj jak wygląda utylizacja CPU i RAMu. Może ty masz wrażenie że nic takiego nie robisz a doprowadzasz komputer do kresu możliwości. Pamiętaj to jest tylko laptop z 2 rdzeniową i5 z 8GB RAM od którego jeszcze należy odjąć rezerwację dla zintegrowanej grafiki.

 

Więcej informacji nie podałeś, jednakże skoro serwis problemu nie znalazł to podejrzewam że sprzęt faktycznie masz sprawny.

Wracam do tematu, bo problem nie został rozwiązany przez Apple, a Apple Care mi się skończyło. Po części udało mi się znaleźć rozwiązanie, ale nie za bardzo wiem co to oznacza i mam nadzieję, że ktoś bardziej "techniczny" da jakąś wskazówkę.

 

Otóż przedwczoraj trafiłem na wpis na jakiejś dziwnej stronie, gdzie ktoś pisał o dokładnie takich samych problemach w macu. Instalacja systemu na nowo, reset pram, smc itd nic nie pomagało. No a w trybie bezpieczeństwa i na windowsie mac się nie restartuje. Autor też był w Apple Store i również nic nie znaleźli. W końcu odkrył, że pomaga mu skrypt w pythonie, który cały czas obciąża w pewnym stopniu procesor (koło 15% użycia) od kiedy stosuje ten skrypt to komputer mu się nie wyłącza. Podał też link do tematu na macroumors, gdzie znalazło się kilka osób z tym problemem i każdemu pomaga użycie skryptu. Sam też go uruchomiłem i faktycznie od 2 dni Mac się nie zawiesił nawet na chwilę, a używałem go praktycznie non-stop. Chwilę przed uruchomieniem skryptu zawiesił mi się 3 razy pod rząd, także myślę że naprawdę to działa. 

 

Tylko tutaj pytanie... Jak to rozumieć? Czemu Mac się restartuje kiedy nie jest obciążony? Wyjaśnia to czemu apple nie wykryło usterki w serwisie, ponieważ zapewne testują komputery pod obciążeniem. Jest ktoś w stanie to wytłumaczyć, czemu może się tak dziać? Może to być kwestia sprzętowa? Czy po prostu coś jest z jakimś sterownikiem np.? Osoby na forum pisały, że przy korzystaniu z internetu przez kabel nie zawieszają im się komputery. 

 

Na razie cieszę się, że działa no ale nie jest rozwiązanie na dłuższą metę...

Szukasz po forach, uruchamiasz jakieś skrypty które nie wiadomo co robią itd ... A przez 3 miesiące nie zrobiłeś prostej rzeczy która pozwoli stwierdzić co jest problemem. Powtórzę się jeszcze raz:

 

 

Pobierz z internetu którąś aktualną dystrybucję linuksa (Mint, Ubuntu, Fedora) utwórz sobie pendrive'a i uruchom komputer z niego wybierając wersję Live (czyli nie wymagającą instalacji). Poużywaj komputera w taki sposób przez jakiś czas i oceń czy problem występuje czy nie. Jeżeli nie wystąpi to masz coś namieszane w oprogramowaniu.

 

Serwis problemów nie znalazł zapewne dlatego iż oni mają swoje oprogramowanie na potrzeby serwisowe - nie korzystają z twojego OSa. Wcześniej w temacie padła sugestia żebyś zainstalował system od nowa na jakimś dysku USB, potwierdziłeś - ale nigdy nie zrobiłeś ani nie napisałeś efektu. 

 

Przyczyn zawieszania się systemu może być cała masa, robiąc dziwne rzeczy zamiast sprawdzić zachowanie systemu na czystym systemie tylko coraz bardziej mieszasz w oprogramowaniu i być może generujesz kolejne problemy. 

 

Jeżeli nie sprawdzisz zachowania komputera w sposób wskazany w tym temacie to ja już więcej nie odpisuje bo nie ma to sensu.

Napisałem, że podczas korzystania z Windowsa przez bootcamp problem nie występuje. Tak samo kiedy odpalę Mac OS w safe mode. Korzystam ze skryptu, ponieważ on pozwala mi normalnie korzystać z komputera i nie jest raczej szczególnie szkodliwy ponieważ ogranicza się on do 3 linijek:

    sleep(0.00002)

No, ale może jeszcze spróbuję zainstalować Mac OS na dysku USB i zobaczę czy będzie się zawieszał. Z drugiej strony czy jest w tym sens skoro Windows zainstalowany na dysku wbudowanym działa normalnie. 

 

Jak bym miał coś namieszane w systemie to chyba po ponownej instalacji powinno być ok, a robię w pełni czystą instalację. Nawet nie przywracam kopii zapasowej, formatuję cały dysk, także co może być namieszane?

W ostatnim etrecheck jaki podałeś jest czysto jak na moje oko co wskazuje, że system jest OK i winowajcą jest sprzęt. Fakt, że safe boot albo Windows działają sprawnie wskazuje z kolei na coś z systemem, a konkretnie z kextami. Poprawianie styku systemu i sprzętu sprowadza się do resetu pram i smc oraz zweryfikowania że komputer ma prawidłowy firmware (powinien się instalować wraz z aktualizacjami MacOS ale różnie z tym bywa, a jeśli jest fail to użytkownik się nie dowie jeśli sam nie sprawdzi) a także weryfikacja czy wszystkie kext są OK (wyszłoby w etrecheck z kolei), ale na gołym sprzęcie świeżo po instalacji nie ma prawa coś występować, chyba że doinstalowywujesz jakieś oprogramowanie które ładuje kext i go nie widać w etrecheck - na pewno nie instalujesz żadnego modemu USB LTE, albo drukarki ręcznie nie instalujesz, jakiegoś oprogramowania cudownego do dysku od WD czy Segate, jakiejś myszki bezprzewodowej z odbiornikiem i sterownikami etc?

 

Logi na pewno by wyjaśniły sytuację i na bank coś tam jest - nawet jak nie bezpośrednia przyczyna awarii to coś co dzieje się przed nią. Nie mogą być po prostu puste.

Najbardziej użyteczne myślę byłyby: log ogólny, system.log, raporty systemowe (DiagnosticsReports), raporty użytkownika, crash reporter...

Napisałem, że podczas korzystania z Windowsa przez bootcamp problem nie występuje. Tak samo kiedy odpalę Mac OS w safe mode.

 

macOS w trybie Safe Mode ładuje tylko niezbędne kexty do obsługi sprzętu.

Windows rozumiem że ma zainstalowany komplet sterowników do sprzętu i wtedy działa bez żadnego problemu? Wnioskuję iż tak.

 

Tak więc moje rozumowanie idzie w dwie strony:

1) Nie instalowałeś przypadkiem softu do odczytywania partycji NTFS na macOS? Jeżeli tak - wywal go

2) Tutaj bardziej brutalna porada, weź uruchom Asystenta BootCamp i wywal windowsa (Oczywiście zrób sobie kopie plików wcześniej), miałem ja takie przypadki i na forum kilka razy też się trafiło. Windows na partycji obok powodował zawieszanie się macOS, po jego usunięciu problem ustał jak by nigdy nic. 

 

Wydaje mi się że na tym możemy zakończyć temat, potwierdź tylko dla formalności że problem rozwiązany :D  (A tak będzie na 100%)

Kilka dni temu instalowałem system na nowo, kompletnie formatując dysk i nie przywracając kopii. Specjalnie nie instalowałem nic dodatkowego, żeby zobaczyć czy działa ok, a i tak Mac się zawieszał. Podłączyłem jedynie na chwilę dysk przenośny od WD, ale nic szczególnego nie instalowałem. Chyba, że sam jakieś sterowniki sobie wgrał, bez mojej wiedzy. Żadnej drukarki nie podłączałem. Jedyne co mi jeszcze przychodzi do głowy to to, że mam Airport Express.

Inna kwestia jest taka, że przy poprzedniej instalacji na czystko (tak samo jak teraz z usunięciem wszystkiego i bez przywracania kopii) Mac zawiesił mi się podczas konfiguracji. Także może ten Airport (chociaż Mac zawiesza mi się również poza domem)? Albo może dysk, bo instalowałem wtedy z niego system (tak samo teraz). 

No i zastanawia mnie jak to jest, że ten skrypt powoduje, że Mac się nie zawiesza...

A samo zawieszanie też nie jest w równych odstępach, potrafi działać normalnie kilka godzin, żeby potem zawiesić się 3 razy pod rząd.

 

Wyłączyłem teraz ten skrypt i jak się teraz zawiesi to skopiuję te logi o których piszesz i wstawię tutaj.

1) Nic takiego nie instalowałem. Aktualnie mam zainstalowany na macu tylko: pakiet office, pym player, sophos i utorrent. 

2) Teraz nie mam windowsa zainstalowanego, bo kilka dni temu formatowałem cały dysk i instalowałem Mac OS tylko. 

 

 

Także chyba jeszcze nie możemy zamknąć tematu, niestety :(

seb235 może mieć rację z tym Windowsem na bootcampie. Sam w życiu widziałem jeden taki przypadek i faktycznie zajechanie całej maszyny do zera, mac z windowsem pomogło. W sumie nie drążyłem wtedy tematu ale stawiam, że wtedy firmware się nie aktualizował tak jak powinien i były przez to dziwne jazdy.

Jak na moje oko to masz coś nie teges sprzętowo, choć logi jeszcze coś mogą tutaj wyjaśnić.

Wnioskuję to po tym że sytuacja występuje nawet po świeżej instalacji. System w safe boot ładuje się bez cache systemu i użytkownika i ładuje tylko podstawowe kexty (rozszerzenia jądra systemu, takie jakby odpowiedniki windowsowych sterowników) i działa OK. Jak system normalnie startuje to ładuje już pełne kexty i ja stawiam, że pełna obsługa wszystkich rozkazów procka i akceleracji 3d wadliwego sprzętu powoduje zawieszenie się a nie całkowity crash i reboot (kernel panic typowy).

 

Ja bym się na Twoim miejscu kontaktował z Apple, że problem Ci występował, zgłaszałeś na infolinię, odwiedzałeś serwis ale nie udało im się wykryć usterki, a mimo prób softwarowego rozwiązania problemów nadal komputer się zawiesza, nawet na gołym i świeżym systemie i co Ci mają do zaoferowania (argument - usterka zgłaszana jeszcze na gwarancji, nieudolna diagnostyka autoryzowanego serwisu nie pozwoliła usunąć problemu jeszcze na gwarancji).

A masz jakiś pomysł dlaczego jak mam włączony ten skrypt to się nie zawiesza Mac? Jak to może wpływać na sprzęt, że nie występują zawiechy. 

 

Od czasu wyłączenia skryptu jeszcze się nie zawiesił, także jeszcze nie mam jak wstawić logów, bo chyba najlepiej jak bym wstawił takie świeże prawda? 

 

 

Co do kontaktu z Apple to w takim przypadku polecasz bardziej kontakt z polską infolinią czy czat z supportem amerykańskim? Pamiętam, że czytałem kiedyś że na takie sprawy już po gwarancji przychylniej patrzy support amerykański jednak. Chociaż jakiś czas temu pisałem z jakąś babką o tym i zaproponowała mi żebym spróbował właśnie włączyć maca w safe mode oraz to że mogę pójść do innego serwisu, no ale będę musiał za to zapłacić... Ale to pewnie też zależy na kogo się trafi, wiem że można jakoś tam się dogadać żeby przełączyli na jakiegoś doradcę wyższego szczebla, który też ma większe uprawnienia.

 

Też jestem zdania, że skoro byłem z tym problemem w serwisie w okresie gwarancji i nic nie zrobili, a teraz kiedy jestem po gwarancji ale występuje dokładnie ten sam opisywany problem to powinni coś z tym zrobić, skoro to ich serwis nie był w stanie zidentyfikować usterki.

Właśnie przed chwilą się zawiesił (17.41 około), także wstawiam system.log. Tą resztę nie za bardzo wiem jak mam wstawić i co konkretnie.

Co do pytania dlaczego ten skrypt Ci kompa utrzymuje na chodzie - nie mam pojęcia. Jakbyś miał nowszą maszynę to mógłbym zwalać na niesprawnie działające przełączanie między stanami energetycznymi procka, ale w tym maczku co masz nie ma takich cudów.

 

Co to jest ten Sophos? Bez tego też masz jazdy?

Jak dla mnie to sophos odpala instalator jakiś i mieli strasznie. Pod koniec jak byk kexty ładuje (generic kext). Wywal to i zobacz jak się będzie zachowywać.

Sophos to antywirus, sciagnalem żeby przeskanować maca. Zanim go miałem to też były restarty także to nie kwestia tego.

Mam ten sam problem, na zasilaniu bardzo rzadko mi się wiesza, na baterii często..
Rozwiązałes problem ??
