Nie działa mi płyta DVD z photoshopem CS5 EN.
Chciałem ściągnąć w takim razie wersję ze strony Adobe - jednak nie ma takiej możliwości.
Napisałem zatem do suportu:

Max: co what can i do?
Pooja: In order to use the software you need to upgrade the software with the latest version of the software.
Pooja: You can purchase the upgrade software and put the previous version serial number and you will be able to use the software.
Max: I dont want upgrade my photoshop...
Max: i just would like to install my current version
Max: which i bought 5 months ago.

Nie wiem jak można w ten sposób traktować klienta, który wydał 3500zł na oprogramowanie...
